Three commercial spaces are planned on the ground floor of the building, totaling 8,000 square feet. These spaces will contribute to the local vibrancy of the community.

Traffic conditions remain similar to current conditions, as the residents are retirees with flexible schedules and do not contribute to peak hour traffic increases.

Extensive consultations were held with the Aylmer Heritage Association during the design and subsequent stages of the project. These discussions led to the integration of essential elements such as dormer windows, façade modulation, and a pitched roof, ensuring a harmonious integration of this important heritage building into the community.
